The Senate: How a Verdict Is Reached
Each project passes a forty-point examination across four pillars. Two analysts score independently; disagreement beyond one point forces a third review.
I. Team
Identity verification, prior shipping history, and conflicts of interest. Anonymity is not disqualifying, but it is never free of cost.
II. Technology
Contract review, upgrade authority, dependency risk, and reproduction of the project's own benchmarks under adversarial load.
III. Tokenomics
Supply schedule, unlock cliffs, treasury reconciliation, and whether emissions can be sustained without new inflows.
IV. Community
Governance participation, holder concentration, and how the project responds when criticised in public.
Our Integrity Is Our Capital
RomeAlbum does not accept payment for scores, placement, or expedited review. Analysts may not hold tokens in a project under active examination, nor for ninety days after publication. Every revision to a score is dated and preserved in The Archives.
